How do I buy tickets?
Tickets may be purchased online by using concert venues’ interactive tickets sections. You can purchase using American Express, Mastercard, or Visa.

Our ticket sales sections will automatically direct you to ticket sales of each venue..

All Access Club Members can purchase tickets in advance of the general public by logging into All Access Members Area. (Please note that you will need to register before logging in for the first time.)  Members can also buy tickets for seats from designated areas of the seating plan.

Some parts of the website don’t work for me; what do I do?
You may need to upgrade your Macromedia Flash plug-in by visiting the Macromedia website and downloading and installing the latest version.

What are the Box Office hours?
Box office hours depends on the venue that the following project will take place. For venue info you can simply click on the name of the venue on the home page.

Can I purchase some gifts or memorabilia items?
Yes, they will be available online in our website  one month prior to show and they will also be available at the venue on the show day.

Is there a lost-and-found area?
No, but 2 days after every concert you can call our office phones and get info about your lost items. Everything remains in the venues will be delivered to our offices after shows.

What facilities do you offer for people with disabilities?
Our assistive ushers and hosts will be available with wheel chairs in designated entrances for people with disabilities.

Every show also has designated seating areas for wheelchairs.

May I record a performance or take photos?
No. The photographing, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance or the possession of any device for such use inside this theater, without the written permission of the Management, is prohibited by law. Offenders may be ejected and liable for damages and other lawful remedies.

Can I have tour around backstage?
Yes, in every show there will be some special packages on sale which includes a backstage tour right before the concerts.

All Access Club Members also can have a chance to get the tour free with special offers in the All Access Club Member Area.

Is there chance to meet and greet the performers?
Yes, in every show there will be meet & greet pass lotteries in our web site for All Access Club Members.

Can I work in a concert?
Sure! You can be a volunteer worker for every show as long as there is a need in the production. You can contact our offices from contact us section for such inquiries.
